LeanZero ships open-source agent skills for Jira automation rules

LeanZero's open-source agent skills pack has added two new skills, according to a DEV Community report published on October 3, 2026. The first one lets a coding agent read, create, update, and migrate Jira Automation rules through the Jira automation rules API at api.atlassian.com/automation/public. The second copies Jira projects, JSM service desks, and Confluence spaces from one Cloud site to another over REST.

Both skills are part of the same pack, and the report says they ship together for a reason. Atlassian's own cloud-to-cloud copy does not carry automation rules along with the rest of a site's configuration, so moving that piece of a setup requires a separate path. One skill handles the automation rules themselves; the other handles the broader site-to-site copying that the vendor's built-in tooling performs without them.

The DEV Community post does not say when the two skills were released, and it gives no version number for the pack. It also carries no statement from LeanZero or Atlassian beyond a description of what the skills do, and no further coverage of the addition appears in the material available. The story therefore stands at the point where the two skills have been publicly described, with their real-world use and any vendor response still unmentioned.
