Tencent Lightweight Cloud open-sources cloud-based self-evolving AI development platform LoopForge

On November 6, 2026, Tencent Lighthouse Cloud team open-sourced LoopForge, a cloud-based self-evolving AI development platform hosted at github.com/Tencent/LoopForge. The platform targets engineering bottlenecks that arise when single-machine coding agents move into real multi-person teams, including fragmented contexts, process drift, and repeated mistakes, and it combines a 7×24 cloud workspace, multi-role shared sessions, an engineering-grade SOP pipeline, unattended automation, and an engineering-grade RSI self-evolution mechanism.

According to the team, the system evolved in five steps: from isolated sessions to multi-role shared context, from manual task monitoring to SOP pipeline driving, and from static prompts to the RSI self-evolution mechanism. The platform is already deployed internally across more than 20 businesses and automatically completes over 200 requirements and routine work items per month. The report also notes that the DeepSeek team had previously published "Super-agent Design Exploration: Toward More Autonomous Agent Systems" and open-sourced a research prototype, and that the Tencent Lighthouse Cloud team drew on that work while building LoopForge. Only this one report is available so far, and no further developments have been disclosed.
