Tencent Cloud ADP upgraded with enterprise Service Agent delivery methodology

At a session on enterprise Agent industry practice at the 2026 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Conference, Tencent Cloud ADP announced that it had completed a full lifecycle product upgrade, along with the launch of the FDE delivery methodology and an ecosystem co-building system. Tencent Cloud Vice President Wu Yongjian said that on the core track of enterprise-grade agents, conversational desktop office Agents and service-oriented Service Agents will run in parallel for the long term. Large language models provide the understanding and reasoning capabilities, he noted, but for AI to genuinely take part in business operations, an enterprise platform is still needed that can connect systems, manage permissions, and support stable long-term operation. According to the report, the productivity gains from office automation have already become an industry consensus, and enterprise agents are increasingly shifting toward Service Agents that serve core business operations. Development tools previously used to build standalone applications are becoming the core infrastructure through which Service Agents anchor themselves in enterprise workflows. As of the time of the report, the upgrade and methodology remained at the announcement stage, with no further rollout details provided.
